      Rafael Lucien has a bachelor degree in photography, issued by Senac São Paulo, and has been working in the field of 3d animation for 12 years as a texturing/shading/rendering/ lighting artist. He was one of Melies’ (the 10th best school of animation in the world) founders, where he acted as the lighting and texturing director. He also participated in a diverse range of advertising projects for MrSolo Studios in São Paulo.

      Besides 3d animation and photography, cinematography takes an important role in his career. As a cinematographer, he worked in 6 short movies, which the latter, "The Regret of the Doubt", was chosen to be shown in many film festivals around the world. He was also nominated for the best cinematographer prize on St. Tropez International Film Festival.
